The manager was lovely and helped us find the right mattress, with no sales pressure.

We were attended to by Emma, and she was fantastic very informative, knew the products inside out and was extremely helpful. We went in to buy a new bed for our daughter and came out with a mattress for our spare room as well. The staff made us feel very welcome and we’re very attentive asking if we would like a drink also they were very good with Covid preparation. 5* service from start to finish

Chris (094A018548) was very helpful from the outset, very friendly and attentive. The sleep checker was a great help and I feel we now have chosen a bed and matress that actually is right for us. Great experience and will be using you guys again

I contacted dreams in the morning to inquire about a sofa bed and was given information about delivery times and what sofa beds were in store to see. I then visited the store in the afternoon and the sofa bed was demonstrated to me by a store colleague. I then ordered the sofa bed in the store as I was satisfied that the sofa bed was the right product for me. It was a smooth transaction and I am pleased that delivery will be relatively quick and free.
