went in to store to buy new mattresses as sale on.Decided to buy from Dreams as price reduction very good but also the knowledge and friendliness of sales assistant very high..very pleased with overall experience.

Good customer service

The store was well laid out for customer viewing. The assistance was friendly and informative but unobtrusive which allowed time to view, try out the products and make a decision, particularly if you are making an expensive purchase. No one likes to be hassled. Delivery took place very quickly and at the time specified which for busy working people is a bonus. Many thanks

Chris, the assistant came and helped me identify the different types of beds. She was not pushy or intrusive but friendly and informative. I was even offered a coffee while I looked for the most suitable bed.

From entering the store excellent , the shop assistance was so helpful asked that I could look round and he would be Availbal to answer any questions I might have ! Polite helpful when we made our mind up we asked to purchase the bed he asked us round to his desk I am a wheelchair user he made sure I got as close as possible to the computer to see all he had done , then to top it off Ian asked if we would like a cup of coffee/tea which he made us a cup of tea it was very nice , when we had finished our purchase he shook our hands and thanked us for our purchase and asked if there was anything else he could do to just phone and he would do all he could to help us , we left very happy customers , we will certainly tell our friends and family have we were treated like royalty , THANK you DREAMS
