Excellent service by Ian as usual always the great welcome I get only came in for some bedding and even then Ian made me fantastic coffee

My Wife & I were highly satisfied being able to try as many beds as we wanted without being pressured.The assistant was very helpful & suggested many options regarding the specific specification of mattress we were looking to purchase.In our opinion the mattress is the most important part of a good nights sleep.

The lady in charge with our purchase was more than helpfull , and made us feel welcome to the store, we where also offered a hot drink,we will most certainly recommend Deams to friends and family , my son is now looking to purchase a new bed and asseries from yourselfs in the near future when we move, the store have also kindly let us store our purchase there until we have a moving date in a few weeks time,

We were shopping for a sofa bed. There were 3 options in the Hereford store, one being similar to what we were looking for. The price turned out to be excellent (half price). But the main reason for being highly satisfied was the gentleman (Ashley W) that served us. Was a lovely guy, that wasn't in anyway pushy, but clearly knew his stuff. We went to look around 4 other stores, but wanted to return to Dreams after the service we received. Really impressed.

Salesperson was polite and efficient, happy to assist us and she really couldnt have been more helpful, or attentive. I was thoroughly impressed. When our delivery arrived the two gentlemen couldnt have done enough for us, nothing was too much trouble for them and I would really like to commend them for their efforts and spectacular can do attitude. I have been thoroughly impressed with Dreams and the experience of shopping with your company. Really wonderful service! Would reccomend to family and friends.

The store assistants were extremely helpful. They were very clear and knowledgeable. 2 We were offered a tea or coffee and they gave our son some biscuits which kept him happy making bed shopping a much more pleasurable and relaxing experience.

Ashley the sales assistant was exceptionally helpful. He spent time to explain the technical differences in the products in great detail, and gave excellent and insightful advice when requested.
