Ashley was very helpful and not at all what I call a "pushy" sales person. He didn't hover whilst I was browsing. He was very knowledgeable about the styles I was browsing.

Great customer service, not pushy, listened to our needs & offered excellent advice. Explained company policies & 40 night comfort exchange fully. We felt that we were able to choose & buy with confidence.

Chris the store assistant (094) was very friendly and helpful and found me exactly what I needed. I have visited Dreams in the past and have always been satisfied with the products.

I found Chris to be very well informed about the products. She was not pushy. She made sure I was happy with my choice. She encouraged me to go back and try my first try of a mattress. Nice sense of humour and felt an empathy with her. In fact I just plain liked and trusted her.

We were very pleased to be welcomed in to the store by the manager Ian, he introduced him self and asked what we were looking for. We told him our requirements and he showed us around the store explaining about the different types of mattresses that are available. He then helped us to decide which one we wanted to purchase. We then went to sort out the paperwork and gave us a seat and made us a cup of coffee which we were very surprised about. He then ran through everything including the details about delivery and sorted the right date for us to receive the mattress. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely return in the future.

I knew what I wanted to buy and the sales assistant, Emma was helpful with the questions that I had but understood I had pretty much made up my mind to buy this bed, so she didn't waste time with a heavy sales pitch. She was also especially accommodating as I had to call my husband to pay because I had forgotten my wallet! A lovely assistant and a credit to Dreams, Herefore
