Ashley the assistant who served us was very knowledgable about the range of mattresses. My wife and I described our individual problems sleeping on our old mattress (30 Years) He reccomended the Hush 20 Gel it's Fantastic. We are both having a great nights sleep

As a retail store manager myself I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service we recieved. We popped in for a browse but that turned into a purchase which was driven purely by the standard in store. No pressure selling....no sales patter...no hassle.... ahhh perfect....what we did get was a warm welcome...coffee...loads of informed information...someone that listened...understood and delivered a solution for both of our individual needs including the perfect pillows. The store manager dealt with us although Anthony interacted with us. What a "Dream" Team.

The sales person Ashley was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the product he was able to answer all my questions making it so much easier to finally purchase the item I had been faffing over for several weeks and i feel confident with my purchase (which in itself is a real achievement) he was so patient with me and nothing was to much trouble.

The assistant who attended to us, Ashley, was outstanding. He was intelligent, sympathetic and attentive without being at all pushy. He allowed us plenty of time to think and try different mattresses but was immediately available when we needed his help and advice. The range of quality mattresses was also impressive and it was nice to see that Ashley was genuinely committed to his product range.

The assistant was lovely and very knowledgeable of the product,, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.....

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, left to browse products as desired then given useful advice when I required it. Offered a drink and served well while placing my order. Would visit again and recommend to others.

The store was spacious and spotless which was very encouraging. We knew we wanted a firm or very firm mattress but did not know how to make our selection. The assistant gave us a few minutes then came over and OFFERED help which we accepted. She was very knowledgeable about the products and discussed our needs with care and consideration. Once selected, she conducted the transaction quicky making sure we knew of the options with the warranty, the option to change the product if it doesn't suit, etc. All this was conducted professionally and with a touch of humour.

Friendly service, time to browse around the store, with no pressure to buy. Very helpful assistant with time and patience. Overall all experience in store was very pleasant.

Ashley was a great help and understood our needs as a customer. He was prompt straight forward and wasted no time with incidentals. He read us as customers and our style of shopping perfectly. He knew his stock and was eager to get our order delivered within our timescales To be fair he is a credit to your shop and an asset to your brand Keep it up Ashley the customer service industry could do with a lot more of you
