Friendly staff very positive and helpful could not be not not be better and the store was very busy and very well laid out

We were treated very nicely by the person who served us. And also showed us around the products.

We were greeted by a young girl who was young and new. However she helped as much as she could, offered us a hot drink and altered a more experienced sales assistant to help us when they became available.

Good price. Good staff, we spoke with Ashley who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went in to look at one we had seen online and where treated so well we ordered there and then. Hopefully good product (not delivered yet). Very easy website to navigate too, one of the best I have used. In all a really simple and quick process.

Today was our second visit to Dreams in Hereford. Ian, our assistant, was one of the best sales people we have ever met. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, gave us plenty of choices and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't feel pushed to make a quick decision, like in other bed stores, and we have been completely satisfied with overall experience at Dreams on both occasions.
