Dreams - Hereford

I was served by ashley in the hereford store and he had great product knowledge and was very kind and friendly. Store was very clean and tidy which made it an easy shop to shop in . I was greated when we walked in and when placing our order offered a drink which I thought was a lovely touch. I have a few more things to buy for my bedroom and I'm definitely coming back to dreams!

I felt that the staff were friendly, professional and yet relaxed. The sales person took the time to establish our wants/needs and took the time to ensure we were happy with our purchase.

We were served by Ashley Ward. He was very friendly and helpful. Would not have made a purchase without him and his help.

It was extremely busy in the store today on our visit but the staff were all very helpful and very appologetic that we had to wait and we were offered refreshments while we waited.when we were served the lady was very helpful and polite.

I was given all information and Ashley the assistant, was very helpful without being too pushy. He asked Questions that i had not thought of and recommended mattresses. I was offered a coffee. I was dreading and worried I would choose the wrong mattress, felt awkward about lying on beds to try them, but reassured and made to feel comfortable about doing this, Ashley knew exactly when to walk away and leave you. He was pleasant and helpful the whole time, as were other staff. I did go to bensons to see what they had, but felt uncomfortable. I was very pleased with the whole experience. when i went the 2nd time to make purchase, Ashley remembered me and Knew the two mattresses I had to decide between. I would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Ashley and Dreams, very happy with my matress.

Exceptional service. Different types of mattresses explained then we were then left for a few moments alone so we could look and discuss. The assistant then came back to answer our questions. Purchase very easy we were offered a drink which was a nice gesture. We were offered delivery date to suit us. We received several text messages keeping us up to date. Also we had a text on delivery day telling us of our 2 hour window which was brilliant and they were on time. This has been the best shopping experience we have ever had. Many thanks we are certainly telling a lot of friends and family about the excellent service.

Excellant sales lady throughout the choosing and final decision making.She knew in detail all the questions asked and because of that we purchased more than we had intended.
