I had an idea what pillow I required but Ian was very efficient and showed me to the pillow I required. Despite only purchasing a pillow I was still offered a cup of tea which I was very impressed with. My transaction was processed very quickly and efficiently.

Emma was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us lots of time and didn't hurry us in making a decision. Other staff in the store were also very helpful. Excellent service!

Very helpful member of staff, Chris (in Hereford Store) we choose the bed we wanted, went home to measure up, and when I telephoned to confirm the order, Chris remembered me from earlier on in the day.

We visited the store yesterday and were given all the information we required;i.e. bed measurements, cost, info on mattress and insurance, plus also info on a new pillow. I have a bad neck and Ashley explained the new m line athletic pillow to me. We went home and measured the space we have and decided to go ahead. We called into store today and were immediately assisted by the manager, Ian, as Ashley was busy. We went thro all we wanted to order and were amazed at how quickly we could place the order, pay and leave with my new pillow and free mattress cover. We were well pleased with all the service we received. Many thanks to Ian and Ashley.

very good assistance given by Ian the manager in the Hereford store who gave us the best advice on choosing our product, nothing was too much trouble.
