Excellent friendly, helpful assistant.

Staff were very good they allowed you look around to see what you wanted and then answered all your questions regarding the costing, availability and delivery dates

The assistant, was very friendly, very knowledgeable but not pushy which we appreciated, we look forward to receiving our mattress in due course.

Shopping all went to plan at the store, were given coffee and looked after well with very friendly staff and came away happy. delivery date was good.no waiting for weeks. Yes . I was happy with the Hereford branch.

The assistant, Ashley, was so helpful in your Hereford store. He explained why the product eventually chosen would be suitable for my 90 year old mother in law who actually bought the new mattress.

As I am 6 months pregnant I was looking for something that I was able to walk away with that day. Having looked at all of the sprung matresses Ashley helped by pointing out the rolled memory foam ones. I was offered a coffee and allowed time to lay on the mattress and ensure I was buying something suitable for my needs.

The gentleman who dealt with us was called Ashley at the Hereford Branch. He was extremely helpful and friendly.

The salesperson (Ian) listened to what I needed, didn't try and flannel me or push me in a direction I didn't want to go and basically let me choose which bed was best for me ( I have spinal issues) he didn't lead me to the most expensive mattress but had me try out a good selection of types and price ranges. I just wish it had been in the sale too............
