Chris, our sales assistant was friendly, helpful, informative and not too pushy. There was no hard sell, no pressure to buy which I appreciate very much. We were welcomed to the shop and left to browse rather than immediately being hounded with options.

Ashley the sales attendant in Dreams Hereford was so supportive and helpful when I was choosing my headboard.He helped me get a headboard that was good value and carried it to the car for me. He gave me a coffee and made polite conversation. I felt he had great personality and showed great customer care. I came away feeling very satisfied and thinking why aren't all salespeople like this young man.

The service from Ashley was very professional, friendly and pleasant. Ashley was highly knowledgeable about the Tempur mattresses and convinced us which option to go for. He was even able to include a pair of Tempur pillows to sweeten the deal.
