Very helpful and informative lady called Chris helped us through the process of buying a mattress. When there is so many to choose from she made the whole experience quick and easy otherwise I’d still have been confused which one to have!

First of all the sales assistant was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She showed us to the Sleep Machine to get us measured up. Based upon our results she chose a small range of options explaining the attributes of each. She spent at least 30 mins with us and we did not feel rushed at any point. In the end and after some toing and froing, we chose the pmattress that was perfect for us. I'd also like to add that she helped us both choose the best pillows for us. We recently bought a mattress online that we were not happy with and have purchased 5 pillows this year aiming to get ones that suited us.

Great service with excellent product knowledge

The store was clean and welcoming. The colleague who approached us was friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave us all the information we needed to make our purchase and the space to discuss it in private, no hard sell.
