Store manager took time to assess our needs for matress

we went in to look at matresses ,we were greeted by a assistant and shown what we were looking for tried and tested a few matresses and decided on one the assistant was very helpful arranging delvery and total cost her name was 094 chris from the Hereford store

Chris the sales woman knew her product well and was polite articulate and amenable

Staff knowledgeable and welcoming without going over the top until asked

Very pleasant experience coming to this store , the sales team were all friendly , and after looking at an couple of beds , a sales assistant approached us , and asked if we needed any help , we purchased a mattress with his help , and left the store very pleased with our purchase and the help we recieved !

The Manager Ian quickly identified that we need help to choose. He gave clear explanations of the differences, took time to understand our needs and provided sensible advice - all without being too pushy.

I was looking for a new mattress to replace our 25 year old mattress, I wasn't sure what I was looking for but Ashley in the Hereford store took the time to show us different options what were available and then left myself and my husband alone to lie down on the mattress and discuss how we felt about each one and then Ashley asked us what we thought of the 4 mattresses we were interested in , Ashley did not push us to buy but his knowledge of the products helped us to decide , Chris, Ashley's colleague then made us a cup of tea while the paperwork was completed. We were also pleased that we only had to wait 5 days for the delivery of our new mattress and very pleased that's we only had to pay a small fee for our old mattress to be taken away. I will certainly be going to dreams to choose my new pillows. I am a very satisfied customer.
