Your Dreams colleague's Ashley was very pleasant, he was very helpful and polite. He made us drinks, not once but twice when I was thirsty later on. He helped us with selecting the best pilows and the best bed and mattress, he helped us out with finding the best prices on the bed and mattress combination. He also helped us with finding the best delivery dates and helped us work out the prices and was very good at keeping my partner calm, as she suffers from panic attacks. Mr Kevin Greenwood-Jaine.

We were greeted by Ashely in the Hereford store, he was very friendly and helpful. He considered our budget and needs, showed us appropriate beds without any pressure. He also was entertaining and fun to be with. A credit to your company!

We were unsure of what bed would suit our new home, the sales rep Ashley was very kind and helpful in finding out what are requirement were before recommending different option for us to try, this made the whole process much easier that expected. After deciding which bed to purchase Ashley helped us find a convenient date for delivery that fitting in around my work.

Ian was really welcoming, a pleasure to talk to and have a laugh with. Also very patient with me trying the beds over and over again. Made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable! So many beds and pillows to choose from, wouldn't have done it without you :)

we had a couple of specifications that were essential and our assistant was able to direct us to the perfect mattress, it was the first one he showed us. He also offered us several other options, but the first one was the one. I was very impress with all the information he gave us on the various mattress's we tried and he was able to answer all our questions. I fully expected the mattress choosing process would take quite some time but with the expertise of our assistant, Ian, it was all done in the time it took to drink our coffees.

Staff all very friendly and helpful and gave excellent advice.

It was a very quick and efficient process yet there was no sense of being rushed. We were treated very well and the amount I paid for the mattress i bought was considerably less than I expected so I am very happy with the value for money.

Easy purchase for an expensive product with no queues

Assistant extremely helpful , understood completely in what product I was looking for ,I was shown a few different mattresses which would be except able for my back condition , good suggestions and advice regarding my needs ... offered coffee ... Very helpful and friendly assistant...

Emma came to speak to me pretty much as soon as i walked into the store. I only came in to look at mattresses and to try a few out on a recommendation from my cousin, however, i ended up walking out purchasing a bed. mattress, duvet, pillows, mattress protectors and additional pillows for my spare room. The delivery dates i gave as options were available to me and everything was plain sailing. Emma didn't stint on time spent with me, explained each mattress thoroughly (her knowledge is impeccable) and let me try out so many that when i got confused, she calmly explained them again. She was approachable, friendly and was able to have a few comedy moments with (which is much needed). An asset to the Hereford branch of Dreams.
