Extremely satisfied with the exellent service we received from Ashley and his excellent cooperation when supporting us with our choice and a busy 3yr old grandchild. All round a very pleasant experience for our first time visit to Dreams. The shop was well laid out and Ashley's knowledge helped us choose a bed that will hopefully meet our needs.

Christine was great, meeting us as we walked in through the door, assisting us in what we were looking for, talked through options, but left us alone to wander which we appreciated very much, but was right there when we had questions and wanted help. Her approach was not pressurising, made us feel very relaxed and resulted in us being both a bed and a mattress. We only intended to buy a mattress.

Sales person most courteous and knowledgeable clear explanations of different types and worked from most expensive to prices within budget without pressure.

Knowledgeable staff, able to point us in the right direction to satisfy our needs. Explained store policy regards purchase and exchange. Curtious service.

The assistant was helpful but not overbearing she had good product knowledge and we were highly satisfied with her attitude

I was very impressed by the service I was given today in the Hereford store. I was greeted with a smile offered a nice drink whilst the lady took all my details for the purchase of the bed. When I was browsing nobody tried to push me to buy a bed and let me look in my own time which I appreciated. The Sales lady Chris explained everything to me and I was happy with the purchase of my bed. I hope now that when I have it delivered it will live up to my Dreams Bed.
