Very friendly and helpful staff member. He asked what we were looking for and let us test out lots of varieties of mattresses and pillows to make sure we picked the correct one. We didn't feel obliged to purchase there and then and weren't pushed into it. Staff member then allowed us time on our own to make a decision then came back to us when we had decided, sat us down and offered us a drink and explained the costs etc and delivery.

We visited the store in Hereford and was greeted and served by Christine (094). Although it is seven years since our last visit she recognised us immediately. We were offered coffee and my husband accepted and this was made by her male colleague (dont know his name but he makes a good cup of coffee my husband says) whilst we discussed what we wanted and also what we didn't want. Her product knowledge was second to none and after trying several beds decided on a Sealy. She provided us with pillows to try out on the mattress we chose and we were delighted with the pillows so we also bought these as well. Christine was attentive and so helpful, she even carried our purchases out to our car for us. We will always return to Dreams in future. Our experience couldn't be bettered. Thank you.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase, Ashley at the Hereford store was fab, couldn't of asked for better service, and the price for mine and my partners bed and mattress was great such a good deal, would definitely recommend dreams and Ashley to friends and family.
