Ashley is just the right sort of salesman, not pushy, listened to our requirements, gave us options and helped us make a decision. SUPERB SERVICE !!

Both members of staff I encountered were very friendly and helpfull, Christine showed me the basic matress to start with and then when i expressed an interest in the more organic make she was very helpfull, when the pillow Christine gave me to use was very unlike my feather one at home she went off to get a suitable one. The lady assistant greeted us warmly when we entered. Offered us tea. Explained advantages of the different spring systems. Allowed us to lie on the mattresses being discussed and even provided a pillow. Delivery is due next Monday.

we had an idea of type of bed wanted but the assistant was very helpful & we also purchased extra items, very good.

We called in on the off chance as we passed. It was late and nearly closing, but this did not matter, The sales person was great, took here time and explained everything.Not once did we feel like the shop was closing. After trying loads of bed we did the paper work over a coffee and everything was explained very well. We did not realise that the shop should have closed 30 mins ago. We will tell more people about the service we revived
