When we arrived at the store we were asked virtually straight away if we required assistance to look for what we required. We were looking for a new mattress, the member of staff that helped us showed us multiple choices after we told her the make and type of our old mattress and recommended mattresses to suit are needs,she was very professional and very patient towards us.

Helped me make decision regarding base of bed and all questions answered

sales assistant welcoming but not pushy. she was very knowledgeable and patient. Gave us plenty of her time and space for us to discuss between us.

I was given time to explore the store with harassment. Chris (094) was excellent in guiding me to the quality product that suited my needs and met my budget

really helpful staff especially the store manager Ian, made us feel in good hands and wasn't to pushy ,took in consideration of all our needs, really would recommend for anyone to shop hear !!!
