Sandy was very helpful and efficient. Listened to what I wanted and the price range i had and offered suitable products quickly. Only problem with store was hand sanitised was empty on entering the store.

Lucy was so professional friendly and very experienced. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she explained everything in great detail. I would most certainly recommend her to my friends.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful They knew what we needed for our mattress and it was a pleasurable experience didn’t feel pressured at all.

The girl who helped us at the Hereford Dreams store (Lucy) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products in store. It made the whole process of buying our bed so much easier. Apart from the longish lead time for delivery, we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Lucy, the store colleague who helped with our purchase was delightful. She was informative and had a very friendly way of asking us exactly what we wanted. Lucy was very knowledgeable with all the products we asked about, with no sign of rushing us, answering all of our questions ( some silly on our part!),with a smile, even with a mask on! We only went in to get a spare bed for guests, but ending up with a bed for ourselves as well. Lucy was always courteous, along with the rest of her colleagues, at one point we were the only customers in the store, and all of the staff were running around helping us. Would highly recommend the Hereford store, cannot fault the staff, fantastic attitude towards their customers. Please pass on our thanks to Lucy, staff number 094A018623, absolute star!!

Visited store’s in Torquay and Hereford and was looked after very well at both store’s. Tried to ring Torquay store to order through them but had to speak to answer phone and leave message. They did ring back but I had been into Hereford store and ordered what I wanted.
