I telephone the day before to check on a certain mattress and it was confirmed one was on display. On arrival Chris (094) greeted us an showed us a a few suitable mattresses. We decided on the 3' single then as such a good quality product reduced in price purchased the king size too. Paperwork was completed in a professional manner and all delivery details clearly explained.

I filled this same survey in on line when we returned home from shopping on Saturday. The sales person Chris. Listened to our requirements showed us the mattress I had seen on line. Then explained the difference in that one and another slightly more expensive and we preferred the second mattress and purchased a 3' and king-size. Everything was efficient and straightforward.
