Good quality at right price, helpful and friendly store staff made it a pleasure to shop at this store.

We went in just to have a look, Emma came over to us to see if we needed any help, she was very informative, friendly and helpful, without pushing for a sale, needless to say we purchased a bed and wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend. Our experience so far has been a very positive one. I would imagine Emma is a valuable asset to the team in Hereford.

We were greeted warmly when we entered the store, the Sales Assistant ashley was attentive without being pushy, knowlegeable and friendly. We were given loads of time to consider our options and having decided, put through a very efficient ordering process

We have purchased there bed and mattress four years ago , went back last Sunday to buy bed frame and mattress plus bedding. Very happy with the products. The assistant showed me exactly what I wanted. I tried the product on a bed. Was offered tea or coffee. And the assistant wrote details down fir me to go away and discuss with my husband.

I just popped in to change a order on some bedroom furniture and sign some paper work but also needed to buy a bed so told the assistant what I wanted and sorted it out in five minutes. Ace super fast no messing.
