Very friendly staff who gave advice and then gave us space, checking back in to give us further assistance but not hounding us.

I found todays visit to your Hereford store to be an absolute pleasure (these types of shopping experiences are not what I normally enjoy) Emma approached us when we entered the store and was friendly and welcoming but not 'pushy'. She spent time getting to know our needs and but as at ease as we were lying on the beds! She showed us a range of products that matched our requirements and allowed us time to think without pressure. We were highly satisfied with the range of products and the prices and even ended up purchasing a new bed frame- not what we had originally intended doing! Emma made the whole process seamless and we were thrilled to be able to select delivery times etc. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the products and customer service and left the shop laughing and smiling and looking forward to our new bed arriving next week. Thank you Hereford store!

Helpful assistant who understood exactly what we wanted. Delivery and removal of old mattress not a problem.

My 78 year old Mum and I were greeted within about two minutes of entering by a very friendly and smart member of staff. We explained what we were looking for and my Mum's price range and immediately the staff member toook us to the relevant section. My Mum wa allowed to ' try out ' the beds ( which she thought was great fun!!) After having chosen the bed that sh liked best, my Mum asked to see the pillows that were avialbe. The staff member bought out a huge selection and allowed Mum to 'try them out' on her chosen bed...again the source of much merriment for my Mu! Mum also purchased a mattres protector and the. 8 year insurance package. All o this was explained very comprehensively to her. We were even given a cup of tea whilst the purchasing process took place. An early delivery date was required for Mum and I am delighted to say that her brand new bed will be delivered in just three days time! I would describe the service that we received at Dreams as excellent, professional and extremely courteous towards my Mum. There was a out of information to impart but it was done in a sensitive and calm, unhurried manner. Thank you very much.

Was greeted on arrival by employee, she asked our needs then showed us round a few items which may suit our needs

As soon as we arrived in the store, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help, to which we replied that we were alright at the time. A while later the gentleman asked what type of mattress we were looking for and enquired what type of base we had and as we had ordered a base from another supplier, we did not know if it had a rasied or flat base as this would make a difference. Luckily we had ordered our base from Oakland furniture who had a shop nearby so we were able to find out. Armed with this information we were able to proceed. From then on we were shown different types of mattress, which we were able to try out. Whilst we were doing this we were offered a hot drink, which was received with thanks.

The assistant (094 Chris) gave us useful technical information and advice but also plenty of time to try out the products for ourselves. A range of alternative products was provided in response to our questions. When we finally reached a decision, the paperwork and payment business was conducted efficiently and pleasantly. We also had the added assurance that the product could be exchanged if we felt we had made the wrong decision. In the event, we are highly satisfied with the final outcome, a mattress on which both of us can be comfortable. We have had some unsuccessful experiences even with quite high-end mattresses of late, since we have complex requirements (e.g. firmness for back support, but needing comfort and give for shoulders), and the product we have chosen seems to meet our requirements in all respects.

The salesmen ashley was very kind and genuine and took time to help me with my choice of bed and matress for mine and my mrs needs. I also was made a nice cuppa kenco coffee! I would reccomend this branch to a friend or family and i will be coming back in the next time i need a new bed in years time.
