Great service by the salesmen made it really easy to choose and understand the product I needed

The gentleman who served us . (Ashleigh) was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and we didn't feel pressured. We left a previous store because of a too strong a sales pitch. Ashleigh was excellent

When I entered the shop I was greeted by both staff even the one attending to another customer. Said hello. I was asked if I needed any help when I said no I would like to have a look I was left to look round which I like when I asked any questions they were answered & even given advice i was asked if I'd like a tea or coffeeI would certainly go to the Hereford dreams again they were so helpful

Ashley, in the Hereford store, was very knowledgeable about the products available and gave me very helpful advice. He was friendly and understanding to my needs. The store was clean and well organised. I purchased a fantastic mattress, which I tried in the store, with the perfect pillow placed under my head (which I also purchased!) I am very excited about receiving these items! Thank you Dreams.

GREAT SERVICE AND PRICE

Customer service was very good.

As soon as we entered the shop the Gentleman greeted us. He showed me all the beds i was asking him about, he then asked if we would like a cup of tea and biscuits half way through, which i thought was outstanding service as you do not get that anywhere in Hereford. He answered every question i asked, i finally chose the bed after numerous tests of many beds. I have never experienced such wonderful service in my life. My son will be wanting a mattress soon, and my two sisters i will definitely recommend Dreams to all three of them and any future relations or friends when they want a new mattress.

We were made very welcome and felt very much at ease by the assistant Ashley. He was extremely well informed about the products and very helpful.

We were approached by a very friendly assistant who was extremely knowledgable about beds. She guided us appropriately and gave us time to discuss ourselves so we could weigh up the options. She was then on hand to help us with the final decision. Very friendly and not a pushy salesperson.
