Dreams - Hereford

Our experience at Dreams was excellent. Ashley, who served my wife and I, could not have done any more for us. We were given a very warm welcome on entering and were offered tea and biscuits (or coffee) and once he had established what our requirements were, he supplied us with pillows similar to what we already use, to try various beds, something that was not offered elsewhere. He was very knowledgeable of the product he was selling and was in no way pushy and allowed us time when we wanted to be on our own to discuss things.

Ashley was very helpful and knowledgable about the products. I was very happy with the current discount on offer.

it was just so easy the two guys who helped us out in the Hereford store were superb in all aspects we also had our son with us which can cause its own issues trying to keep him occupied while trying to do business but thankfully the guys got him involved on an instore easter competition to find the easter animals this was great fun

The sales person, Ashley, was extremely helpful, and made several excellent recommendations for the products we were looking for, advising on best quality and value for money, he was very friendly and took time to explain all aspects of our purchase including double checking we had the ordered the correct items and accessories, very very helpful

The manager Ian dealt with me and I found him extremely helpful, knowledgable and showing the perfect level of sales pitch. His advice was just right for me and I would certainly recommend him and his judgement.

We went to buy a new mattress. Chris was helpful from the start and left us to look around. We made a choice and made a purchase without any problems.

We visited your Hereford store on Friday 7 April, we were greeted by Emma who completely put us at our ease. We spent over an hour in the store being shown various options of memory foam mattresses. With Emma we didn't feel at all hurried, we were given excellent service, couldn't fault it. When we had got our choices down to two mattresses we were given time to lay on each mattress and decide which would be best for us. Emma was an great assistant, she answered any question we asked in a very easy manner, were came away from the store feeling satisfied with the choice we have made. We cannot fault the service, delivery is a week, no charge, and they take your old mattress away. Would recommend Dreams to anyone.

The overall experience was excellent. The quality of the products/beds seemed better than before, the store was welcoming and the assistant manager Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, his knowledge of the product, his sales manner, his whole persona was first class, certainly a star in the making and would advise Dreams senior management to keep hold of such an asset.
