Ashley was friendly and very knowledgeable. He understood my queries and gave good advice.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. offered tea! took time to find out specifics of why we wanted to update mattress.

We were not pressured by the staff but were given assistance when we needed it. We would certainly use the shop again.

Knowledgable assistant Ian who wasn't pushy and let us take as long as we wanted testing the beds and making our decisions.

We went in to the store whilst waiting for an appointment, we just thought we'd browse not expecting to buy. As soon as we saw the tv beds we had decided what we wanted Christine was on hand with all the answers to our questions. we tried out a few different mattresses. We completely fell in love with the tv bed in midnight blue. We were given Pillows to lie on the beds with and a cup of tea which was a great touch. We left the store to make sure we didn't rush in to it but went back a day later to purchase on credit which was great at 0% interest.

We needed a lot of information , about products and delivery times the assistant went out of his way to explain and help .

I could fins exactly what I wanted and at a good price.The shop assistant are really helpfull and they cleared out all my concerns.Thank you for a really nice shopping experience!!!☺
