Ashley, the store assistant on the day was fantastic at understanding our needs, making suggestions and recommendations. He was also friendly, yet professional throughout the purchase and is definitely an asset to the Hereford branch along with the brand. We had been into a competitor store and were not feeling very optimistic or enthusiastic about purchasing a new mattress given the previous experience but this was quickly allayed by him.

Ashley was fantastic. We were looking for two mattresses with a budget in mind. once he was aware he used his extensive knowledge to talk us through the various products which were immense and turned what I thought was going to be a boring shopping experience (I'm a man) into a fun interactive day out. Needless to say we endend up with a lot more than we went in for and we're completely satisfied. The competitor minutes away was shocking in comparison. Go Dreams.

Both of the team members in that day were personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Whist i made the purchase, My husband was engaged in an animated conversation with the other colleague about cars. It was a pleasant experience, no pressure, and I felt comfortable with the whole process.

We were warmly welcomed into the store and offered a cup of coffee. The assistant then showed us several mattresses and discussed with us our needs and preferences on design and feel of the mattress. He encouraged us to test several that fulfilled our requirements and left us to make up our minds about the purchas. He showed us several divans and bedheads that would suite our requirements and then arranged for a delivery that would suit us. Overall the buying experience was one of the best we have encountered lately. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and hopeful that the new bed will give us several years of restful nights.

I was greeted warmly by Ian, who helped me to confirm what was my best choice of bed. He was able to show me the mattress I had seen online so I knew exactly what it was like to then be able to add this to my bed frame order in store. Rather a nice surprise was to be offered a drink whilst I was placing my order, something which puts Dreams a cut above the rest as an extra touch. A date for delivery was arranged to suit me which was ideal.
