The assistant was very helpful and we were given plenty of time to browse on our own without feeling pressurised into making a rash decision

We were greeted by Christine when we entered the store in a professionally friendly manner. We were offered coffee. Christine was knowledgeable and helpful in discussing the type of mattress we wanted and guided us to the ones to try out. We were very happy with our experience with Dreams. Our Son was with us and he recommended us to go to Dreams as he lives in Guildford and has bought mattresses from Dreams and been really happy with them. Thank you Dreams for a hassle free visit and purchase.

Very friendly and helpful staff. the were not pushy in any way and gave sound advice when I was looking for a bed. They even offered a cuppa while I looked around and as soon as I looked up to ask a question about a product, a member of the team was there to answer. A very relaxing, no pressurised, and enjoyable experience and I will definitely go again.
