Dreams - Hereford

We went to dreams in Hereford and Christine greeted us she was so helpful and gave us so much information made us feel really comfortable she is an absolute asset to the store lovely lady

The Store Representative (Ian) was extremely helpful at all times, answering my questions and guiding me towards the items I needed. A lot of time was saved by using his expertise.

I have now bought 3 beds from Dreams. 1 for my daughter and 2 for myself, 1 for each bedroom. The price has been great for all the beds. The assistants have all been very helpful and efficient in sorting out which bed to choose, placing the order, delivery arranged on a date of my choice and for a small charge a choice of am or pm. You can choose again fir a small charge to have the bed put together fir you too. Tea or coffee whilst you place your order.

The sales assistance, Ian, was superb. He was very knowledgeable, very attentive and gave us the right amount of time to ensure we purchased what we needed within the budget we had.

Chris was a very helpful and informed person who obviously knew her products to a very high standard.We neverfelt that we were being hurried,which made the experience so much easier.

Staff very helpful and gave a lot of good advice.

I was dealt with efficiently and competently by sales person. I have not received goods yet, so cannot comment on quality. You always ask for surveys before delivery and I shall not be using personally so cannot comment on comfort. I was shocked by price of all that I wanted but not unduly surprised. I have used Dreams before and would do so again.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. I will deffinatley shop there again 10/10 on everything
