The lady serving us was very knowledgeable and very professional. She took time to make sure we were happy with our purchase. She even asked us if we wanted a coffee/tea twice. Lovely service which made it a pleasure to shop in the store. Thanks.

Very friendly assistant who was knowledgable about the products & assisted me with value for money by recommendingredients an ex demo mattress. Assisted me with changing delivery times on the phone very quickly and confidently. A friendly professional service that I would recommend to friends & family. Thank you

We were welcomed into the store and immediately impressed by the range of mattresses of the type we were looking for. Prices were clearly displayed on all models. The staff member (Ashley) accompanied us round the store and helpfully explained the differences between various types of mattress and encouraged us to try as many as we wished. When we had made our choice of mattress and pillows Ashley explained the delivery options and the collection process for our existing mattress. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Ashley was extremely helpful he offered us all a drink, pillows for our heads,different mattresses Anything we wanted to try he let us try made us feel very at easy with everything

Very friendly staff in the hereford branch i was well advised when looking for a new mattress found one on sale if i could afford a king sized dreams mattress i would of got one there and then.

The Dreams Colleague Chris remembered us from our previous visit the week before when we had been visiting other stores as well to choose a suitable mattress and made us feel very welcome, she was very attentive and made the whole experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Chris did everything for us talking us through our options etc and made us a nice cup of coffee as well.

this was our 2nd bed purchase in the space of 4months, as always the staff were brilliant we took our time and it was nice not to be hassled to but, Dream is always my pick of bed stores.
