Friendly member of staff, Sandra. All the staff were helpful and knew their products. They showed us different products with different prices. Very nice friendly staff. Sandra knew her products.

Chris from the Hereford branch served us and was most helpful and kind. She was neither pushy nor overbearing in her approach to us. She left us alone to make up our minds on whether we wanted to buy or not. The service when buying the product was very good and quick. All comfort was afforded to us. The delivery is due in a weeks time, can't get better service all round than that. Thank you.
