On entering the store,we were greeted by Chris,with a friendly"Good morning,can I help".We explained we were interested in a 4ft 6in lift up bed.She immediately led us around the store showing us various beds.On selecting the bed of our choice,we were led to her desk to complete the purchase.Prior to filling in the paperwork we were offered a cup of tea, or coffee,FREE.We gratefully accepted the kind offer. Job done.

The assistant who served us couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she knew the products inside out. Very pleasant friendly person who was a pleasure to do business with.

Ian was very helpful and excellent product knowledge I learnt more about mattresses and how to select the correct one for our needs leaving me very well informed and the price was a added bonus Short delivery lead time and value for money removal of old mattress I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to anyone looking to purchase beds or associated products

Was met and helped by a knowledgeable guy who helped me choose the right mattress. Only disappointment was that it takes 5 days for delivery when I live less than a 5 minute drive from the shop!

The overall customer care was excellent. We had our two young children with us a d the sales assistant went out of his way to see that they had crayons and poster to colour in while we were sorting out all the paperwork. The only negative feedback - you haven't got any children's beds or bunks on display we came to see what the product was like and if I'm honest would probably have ordered online if we knew we couldn't see it first hand in the shop.

Both Ashley and Chris could not have done more, very helpful courteous and polite.

Chris was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us the necessary information needed to make our decision. The service was prompt, we were offered a drink and we will definitely return.
