Friendly helpful and knowledgeable assistance

Sandra was very friendly and extremely helpful. She gave lots of useful advice and yet was not too 'pushy' in making our sale, so we felt the advice was genuinely helpful. We had a very friendly chat, as it was Sandra who served us 10 years ago when we bought our previous bed at Dreams. Good to know that she enjoyed her job.

Although I was just looking around the store. I was approached by a very friendly member of staff, named Sandra she assisted me with a brochure for bedroom furniture. I purchase a quilt set whilst in the store. The store is a credit to good Management, clean, inviting, with friendly staff.

Sandra helped me to choose m my mattress and pillows. She knew the products inside out and was very knowledgeable, as well as being very friendly and approachable! She went above and beyond to get me the best product at the best price.

We are returning customers, replacing mattresses and pillows we had previously bought a few years ago, then - like now the experience was excellent with very helpful staff and a well laid out store that enabled us to make our choices easily.

We were looking for a specific requirement and chose to make a couple of visits to explore our options. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Sandra remembered us from our previous visit and made us feel very welcome. At no point in the proceedings were we made to feel pressured or rushed for a sale, we felt like welcomed customers and we would thoroughly recommend our experience too many.

Very attentive staff who came and asked us what we like. Pointed me to two options which were both the type of thing we were after. Explained the deals that were on and sold it to me within 5 mins of walking in the store. All of this plus interest free credit, no hassle, and the speediest delivery option ever at a VERY good price. Can't thank you enough!
