We where greeted while walking around the store and asked if we needed anything or any help with looking for what we were looking for. Emma the lady who served us was very helpful and very knowledgeable with what we were looking for and gave us plenty of options. We did not feel rushed or pressured into purchase. Overall a great service with a very friendly team. Will defiantly be going back again if we need any bed related products. Emma is a credit to your company. Well done.

Because the sales women was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us even though my partner was dubeous on spending the money it was very relaxed and no pressure was put in us

We were looking for a new mattress and the colleague who attended us showed us which ones to look at, and then searched the store to find another, which was the one we purchased

We were greeted as we walked in and given a lot of help and advice. None of is was pushy but offered in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. This was very important to us.

I felt that the shop assistant Sandra was very helpful and skilled in guiding us to the correct mattress. I did not feel any sales pressure to buy immediately and in fact left the store that day but returned to place my order several days later.

The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to understand what we were looking for. However , we were quite specific having been in Benson's Beds prior to our visit to Dreams. In Benson's we were able to lie on a computer simulated mattress that measured our pressure points and then advised what firmness would suit us best. The lady in Benson's also wanted to know whether we liked to be hot or cold in the bedroom. As we like to be cold we knew already on coming into Dreams, that a mattress containing any sort of foam would not suit us.
