THE LADY WE SPOKE TO WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL. LISTENED TO WHAT I ASKED FOR..TOOK ME TO JUST WHAT I WANTED.. PERFECT... CAME AWAY WELL PLEASED.

As soon as we entered the store, Chris approached us. She was very professional and extremly helpful. She asked us if we needed help with finding what we needed. She showed us around a few mattresses and found us the perfect mattress we were looking for. She offered us drinks. Told us we can get a 8 year guarntee and what that entails. She also asked if we were looking for pillows as they were half price. She talked us through everything we could possible need to know. Amazing experience.

I visited your store in Hereford wanting to purchase a Single Automatic Bed with Tempur mattress.l was greeted by store assistant Sandra Phelps,she understood exactly what I was looking for and took me to where the products were on display. After making my choice we went to her desk,the first thing she did was to make me a drink,then she proceeded to process my order.She was a very pleasant person and l was very satisfied with the way she handled my purchase.

Emma severed us and she was very chatty all the way through really helped my mum on choosing a bed and made her feel comfortable she knew her job very well and we had a laugh at the same time. A***** service all the way from her.

From the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed and looked after by Christine who couldn't have been more knowledgeable about all the products available. I don't like shopping at the best of times but Christine made the whole experience enjoyable. I left the shop with a smile on my face knowing that I had bought the right bed for my needs. If only all shopping could be that pleasant .

Very helpful lady who showed us the options and explained the pros and cons of each one. She also answered all our questions clearly and succinctly to our satisfaction.

Went in specifically for a mattress. Was met at the door by Sandra who showed us available products within our price range and executed our purchase quickly and professionally.

I was highly satisfied with my dreams experience , as i didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything I didn't want , information given about products and services was very clear and straight forward

Excellent staff very knowledgeable professional yet friendly Sean was extremely helpful as were other staff members

Christine in the Hereford branch was very friendly and easy to talk with. She made the time to speak with my children and made myself and husband feel at ease. It was very efficient but quick purchase die to having children with us and just what we wanted.
