Dreams - Hereford

Tried several shops before. From the minute I walked into dreams I felt comfortable. The staff - Sandra & Rebecca knew how to be helpful without blinding me with science. We started by narrowing the search into my price range and needs. They both realised that it is quite uncomfortable to feel comfortable in a bed store! They made me a lovely drink - not been offered that in other stores. Another couple came in & we were talked through some things together in a lovely informal way. I didn't feel under pressure & was offered the choice of a reduced returned item without having to ask. Every question I had about the purchase was given a very reassuring reply & I felt reassured that I could change the order after my partner had visited the store. The 40 day trial is great - & a lot cheaper than other stores if I do change my mind. There was a small mistake on the invoice but I was phoned the same day to explain it. So glad I was helped by these 2 lovely people. Thankyou.

was welcomed as we entered the store and shown a variety of beds and mattresses, and a cup of coffee as we discussed which would be the best bed, mattress and pillows would suit us best.

The service I received in store was excellent (without question) however, I think it's premature for you to ask me about the quality of the product when I have yet to take delivery. The delivery experience (helpful staff, no damage etc.) are still to pending.

Sandra was a very polite considerate lady who offered us a wide choice without rushing us. We even had a coffee when dealing with paperwork.

We were looking for a Harrison bed using natural products and if possible a bed which did not pinch ones fingers when making it. The bed ordered is the Selkirk whilst we are excited and expect an excellent bed without seeing it one cannot claim highly satisfied. The mattress also appears to meet our requirements given that my wife suffers from arthritis. The advice and help we received from Sandra was excellent and very much appreciated. We can honestly say the experience was enjoyable and informative. Very much looking forward to our delivery

Very attentive service, Chris was very helpful and cheerful and knowledgeable. We bought what we wanted at a fair price and delivery was arranged.

Wanted to look at the product we had seen on the Internet, unfortunately the product wasn't available in store but we were shown a very similar product & how it worked with the ottoman style lift so very happy with the purchase
