Excellent service

We were highly satisfied by the politeness and knowledge of Sandra, who helped us to find the right mattress for us. We were looking for a Tempur mattress , not knowing anything about them, but Sandra quickly came to our aid, and we were able to try the mattresses out in store.

My highly satisfied visit into the store began as soon as my partner and I entered. We noticed that it was clean and well laid out. A friendly and welcoming sales assistant (Sean) greeted us shortly after we entered and offered his assistance. He explained the colour coded system that the store used on its different products and the different styles of mattress to us. He then gave us space and time to browse and even offered us more comfortable pillows to test out the beds. Once we had decided on our purchase, he explained everything about delivery options, returns etc. and answered all of our questions (he even offered us a drink). The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgable and it made for a great shopping experience.

I found the assistant who helped us to be highly competent. She was helpful but not pushy. She understood our needs, I purchase was for my 90 year old mother with back problems, and I welcomed her gentle approach.
