You had what I wanted. But to comment on product I bought is premature, I won't be able to do so until it is delivered to me.

we felt the staff really knew what they were talking about, gave us really good advice and were polite and left us enough space and time to make decisions without hovering awkwardly while we had a private conversation. We were given refreshments and a very personal service throughout.

Customer service was excellent. Member of staff, Chris, showed excellent product knowledge and also showed us some reduced priced items that were identical to ones we had chosen, so reducing our final bill. We had tea and the entire experience was very pleasant.

The sales assistant Emma listened and understood from the start that we did not want much help or to be 'sold' to. Therefore she left us alone after a few initial questions to enable us to make our own minds up. She was on hand to answer various question throughout our decision making process but also realised we just wanted straight answers. As my Husband had just finished a night shift she offered us a hot drink which went down very well indeed :) Also loved the finance option of 10 or 20 months to pay. Whilst the paperwork was being processed, we all chatted casually and had a laugh about various topics which made the process more bearable. Emma was fantastic and most importantly for us, she was able to read our body language from the start which at the end of the day..............secured the sale.

The store itself had a lovely feel about it - very clean, warm & relaxing feel. We were greeted by a smiley friendly face & the lady was very helpful - she listened carefully to our requirements & patiently talked us through what was available. She offered us a drink & made us feel very welcome. She supplied pillows so we were able to try different beds. We then went away to have a think about which we wanted to purchase, then popped back shortly afterwards to complete the purchase. We were greeted by the same member of staff who again was very helpful.

Sandra and Emma were the assistants that helped us with our purchase. They gave us information on the colour coding of the firmness of the beds, then left us alone for a while to test out the mattresses. From time to time they would check that we were doing OK, or if we needed help. They would explain anything we were unsure of. They made sure we were valued customers even down to a cup of coffee. Gave us the feeling that they loved their job and knew what the products they were selling. Overall our experience with this dreams store was great and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Good brisk informative service. Opportunity to try different types of bed. Coffee!!
