Friendly staff, greeted me and offered me a drink, Helpful and knowledgeable about the ranges on offer.

W were greeted by Chris when we entered the store and asked if they could help us,we explained our needs and were given a cup of coffee each. After helping us we were given time to discuss between our selves to make up our disiision and then asked more questions to make sure we understood all the details, It was very nice to be left on our own to make our disiision. As we are both over 80 years we needed the time.

We went in with a budget but no idea what we could have or what we wanted. The lady, Emma, in the Hereford store took her time with us, showed us the variety and was really nice. We have an amazing bed that is so comfortable.

I was attended to very quickly and Sandra was able to understand my requirements. She was pleasant and very efficient and conducted the purchase in a businesslike manner and explained the contents of the 'order confirmation'.

Very helpful, I am 80 and have physical difficulties and testing the mattresses had its challenges but the assistant couldn't have been more helpful

A friendly environment with no pressure to buy. Even got offered hot drinks by your staff.

We were looked after by Christine at your Hereford store. She gave us great advice and seemed very knowledgeable. She was also very patient as we made three trips and spent quite some time in store before we finally made a decision on which mattress to buy.

The colleague who greeted my wife and I, was extremely helpful, and had a good working knowledge of the item we were seeking. She was able to show us alternative products thus offering a greater variety of choice.

We w ere given plenty of time to walk around the store to see if we liked what was for sale. Sandra approached us with respect and was very pleasant. Asking us what we wanted rather than pushing what she wanted. Due to her approach we made the deal there and then rather than getting frustrated as we usually do when trying to buy something for the home.

We were given a warm and friendly welcome into the store. The store assistant (Sandra) listened to us and there was no pressure to buy. We told her what we were looking for, and she showed us all the products within our price range. I was given a lovely cup of Tea. All in all it was a very nice shopping experience.
