The assistant Cheis was very efficient , it can be very stressful moving house and trying to do and get a home together . This was the least stressful after a simple explanation to the assist , what we required she went straight to the items , no messing and we were happy with the experience , ready or our next port of call ! Thanks

The assistant, Emma, was brilliant, helpful , not pushy, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all our questions and guided us thorough the process. She explained that we could have our needs assessed by the sleep machine and then took us to the recommended three beds. Within minutes we had selected a mattress with which we were both happy. It was a brilliant experience……..particularly as we had spent the whole afternoon the previous day in another store, trying every bed in the store and ending up totally confused! The Covid precautions were also excellent. Emma was exceptionally professional and we were really impressed with the service.

The whole experience from start to finish made a mundane but very important purchase of a new bed and mattress an enjoyable one.

Lovely member of staff Sandra I think was her name in the Hereford store was locket chatty and honest gave me great support within my price range

We were very well looked after well when we entered the store. If we asked a question the employee was more than happy to find out the answer for us. They also gave us space to discuss.

Sandra was exceptionally good. Very knowledgeable as well as being open and honest. No hard sell just gave us confidence with the products we were choosing.
