Member of staff listened to what we wanted and showed us different options including payment options.

Excellent welcome when we arrived at the store. We explained what we were looking for, the salesman took us through the options and explained everything which made our descision easy.

I was asked if I needed any help as soon as I entered the store. The lady's name was Chris at Hereford Store. She was very knowledgeable and let us try various options of beds and mattresses as we were not sure what we were looking for. She explained the difference between memory foam and sprung mattresses. Chris offered us a cup of tea and her colleague also offered us biscuits. Very friendly staff

Emma Hughes in the Hereford store was absolutely fantastic at her job. I asked for a king size mattress and she gave me excellent customer service by giving me some reasonably priced options. She even got the particular mattress out that we thought we wanted so we could try. We also bought bedding from her too which she was also very helpful with. A very good shopping experience which we thought would be pretty boring otherwise if I'm completely honest. Thank you Emma.

I found what I wanted quickly and the staff were helpful. The product was in stock and I was able to take it away with me.

The sales man was not pushy he let me make up my own mind and was knowledgeable about the products.
