Friendly sales staff who took the time to ensure the bed was correct for our needs. Took a young baby with us and she was cared for during the whole visit by a 2nd member of staff. Very happy

The Dreams Colleague was very helpful,efficient and friendly. She put us at ease and allowed plenty of time for us to make a decision, even giving us time to talk on our own. We were also offered drinks

Your coleague Sandra's ability to understand our needs and able to demonstrate the different products that satisfy our requirements, and explaining the financial benefits of the products on offer made the expearence much easier making the he decision to spend a little more than we expected

From the moment we arrived at the store the election was varied and luckily Emma the Store Assistant was very helpful and patient to understand our needs. She showed us the beds for our budget along with the mattresses and spent time explaining the differences. Very helpful and will shop at Dreams in Hereford again

I had been considering a purchase from an online company and went into Dreams only because we were in the vicinity and decided to compare beds to the one I had chosen online but not yet placed an order for. We found the ideal bed in Dreams, priced less than the online one and best of all I could physically see the quality of my purchase rather than 'trusting to luck' when buying online. Delivery time was excellent - even a bit too quick as I hadn't finished decorating the room! Lovely lady served us, answering all our questions and suggesting options but leaving us to look at other beds while we made a decision. So pleased we decided to pop into Dreams.

My daughter needed a new bed the shop assistant spoke to my daughter asking her what she wanted then asked me how much roughly did we wanted to spend,then what colour she wanted what kind of bed,then he let her try the mattresses out speaking to her all the time I was very impressed by the way he was with us both,what a pleasure it was at dreams Hereford.

We were listened to. Not rushed. Given coffee and tea and the staff were very positive and helpful. We were given space to try and appreciate the difference qualities of products and any technical questions were answered. Came away with a new bed frame and mattress and some nice pillows. (The ones we used to try all the beds)

We were helped by Shawn who seemed to know everything about beds and pillows he was brilliant we got offered drinks well making our purchase would highly recommend the hereford store to anyone
