Lady was very friendly drink offered to us while deciding what we wanted,

Meet and greet by store staff was prompt, courteous and efficient in understanding our needs. We were offered refreshments and shown to the best available products to our requirements. I have called in to this store previously, and although the store staff on duty were different they were most affiable as the previous other store staff. The offer of refreshments whilst placing our order was very welcome on a busy Saturday morning, and the actual order placing was seemlessly done by the store Management Sandra, who explained all to us and answered any questions that we had. We will be back to order more, as our home improvements continue. Thank you for providing a first class service at the Hereford Store. Well done.

We were in your Hereford store and were served by Chris. The attention we received was second to none - we even had a cup of tea and a cup of coffee. We looked at pocket sprung and Tempur beds and were made aware of the differences. We met all the staff as mattresses were moved from soft to hard bases! The sales person in the store appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the store and was most helpful in assisting with the choice of bed required.

We needed guidance and Sean in the Hereford branch was excellent with assistance with this. We were offered and accepted a drink whilst the order was being put through, all very satisfactorily. We have a couple of weeks to wait and hope that the delivery and goods do not let the experience down in any way. This the 3rd bed bought from you and they were no problem.

The staff were very friendly, we had our very lively 3 year old little boy with us and they were so good with him, they made the whole experience very quick and easy. would highly recommend them and would definitely go back, we have brought a bed for our son there in the past and this is what encouraged us to go back
