Our overall experience was excellent in your Hereford Dreams store. We were helped by your store manager Sandra who was a pleasure to deal with and helped us so much with what we wanted and the correct choice for us.We were greeted by Sandra upon entering the store which was a really nice touch and was at hand with any questions or help she could do for us. Upon trying and testing we made our choice and were taken through the payment and delivery options.We had to wait a little while as there was a problem with your computer system (it was on Black Friday) but again Sandra could not do enough for us, even tho it was out of her control she still made phone calls to make it as swift as possible.It was through the whole process we were made to feel so welcome and at ease with our comfort the main concern that we would happily make future purchases and recommendations for your Hereford store. I really hope that someone in your company takes the time to read this e-mail and please please please pass on to your hierarchy how much Sandra deserves a special mention,she was an amazing person and deserves so much credit,she is a real asset to your company, we left like friends not customers.
