Dreams - Hereford

Emma and her colleagues at the Hereford store were inviting and very helpful throughout the whole process, from the time we walked into the store until we had left.

We visited the store today, to buy a bed frame and to gain information for our mattress choices. Sean immediately came to our assistance and answered all of our many questions with ease, he had plenty of time for us and was extremely helpful, making us feel relaxed in the environment.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I was very impressed and it made the whole experience all the more enjoyable.

although I was shown a more expensive base in charcoal (twice the price) which would have been fine, but as the bed was for a teenager who may damage it or change his mind over colour etc in a few years, I did not want to spend too much. I was also concerned that i would have to buy a mattress, (when we already have a new one), but this was not the case.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience effortless

Having searched on line for a guest trundle bed, I had a fair idea of what was available and the cost. In the Dreams store I found what I wanted and the price I wanted and a delivery time that I wanted, (I found a very similar bed at double the price and with a six week delivery date.). After several hours of checking out the competition, I arrived back to order the bed, tied and thirsty, the staff sat me down and gave me a cup of tea while I placed the order. Both members of staff were efficient and caring.

I was immediately helped by a member of staff as I walked through the door. She understood my needs and recommended the best product. I was given a cup of coffee and made comfortable. Ten out of Ten for service.

Sean was really friendly, super helpful and couldn't do enough for me, we went through and tested all the beds with the right pillows until i found a suitable mattress and frame to match. I went away and returned the same day to buy because he was so helpful and i was so excited for my new bed!!
