The mattress we chose, with the help of a knowledgeable assistant, is absolutely fine for our needs and we couldn't be happier ( or more comfortable)

Very friendly and helpful whilst in the store,did not feel pressured to buy and the assistant seems to have good knowledge of product.

We were very pleased at the Dreams store. We didn't know what changes have been in mattress technology, so when went in unsure what to expect. The assistant was very good, she appeared to know what she was selling, she was very polite helpful and patient as we took a long time to choose the bed and mattress we wanted

From walking in too the store and being welcomed by a member of staff,I was shown the item I wanted the staff member Emma who was very friendly and knowledgable about my topper,I have been to this store before and would go now where else.

We were greeted upon arrival and assisted very politely and showed several products that would serve our needs we finally settled on one and the order was completed with a cup of tea very friendly and helpful, our assistant was called Chris

Chris, the sales assistant was very knowledgable about the products, recommended things without being pushy, listened to what we were saying and resolved any potential issues efficiently. She was the ideal salesperson, friendly without being obsequious, not rushing but efficient. Full marks so far - Hope the product meets the same standard!
