The sales assistant, Chris was excellent. We visited Bensons for beds after our visit and returned to Dreams because of the service and friendly and professional attitude of Chris, to plea our order.

Went in with an idea of what we wanted, greeting by member of staff pleasant then allowed to browse before requiring assistance then staff very helpful

Emma our assistant was friendly and answered my questions clearly and confidently. Made us feel catered for our needs. We even had more than one drink offered to us, excellent customer service.

Told Chris all we were looking for eg I suffer from hot sweats at night and achy s and pains in hips and she helped us and advised us to no what to look for

Dreams Hereford always provide great customer service. After buying a single mattress from the store a couple of years prior to now, I went in looking for a mattress as close to the one I already had but as a double size instead. Though the original mattress was not available they found the mattresses that were as close to it as possible. Also making sure that the pillows we lay on were as close to what we normally would use. It only took 15 minutes from when we arrived to the time we left in which we ordered a mattress, bought pillows, bedcover and mattress protector. Brilliant experience just as last time was.

The lady who served us was very good - friendly, not pushy and gave us lots of choice and advice.

From start to finish we received brilliant attention and the assistant was so polite, and helpful and knew her stuff! Highly recommended - well done

We had a very warm welcome by the Dreams colleague name Karen she was very friendly and helpful, we found the right bed and mattress and at a good price, we placed an order, and are now waiting for the delivery in two weeks time , and to be delivered at a time to suit us, would recommend Dreams to anyone.
