Emma who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable. Showed us what we wanted to see and New about the alternatives.

Went into store and was approached by Staff member who asked if she could assist. She then proceeded to explain make up of various types of bed so we could make an informed choice. She then showed us the various types of mattresses and allowed us to test them. We made our decision on both the new bed and the mattress we wanted. We were given the various finance options and the process of the purchase took no more than 10 minutes once we had settled on which finance option we liked. All in all simple, quick and easy purchase.

My fincee and I entered your Hereford store and looked around for about 10 mins, then Sean approached us and asked if we were ok and did we require any help, which we did. He explained the difference between the various types of Mattress design which was very helpful. We spent over £2k on a matress purly on the recommendation from Sean and the way he described what in his opinion made the best matresses for us. My only slight disappointment was that he /you couldn't give any more discount off what is a product with a high profit margin. But we still bought it as we need a new quality matress. I'm a business owner and understand that we all have to meke money, however even of it was £20 off the main matress price the customer would have felt like the winner.. Sean did discount a pillow and a matress protector.. but not the most expensive bit of the deal. HOWEVER it was a great experience and we would highly recommend Dreams to anyone. So all positive.
