We were greeted by Lucy as soon as we went into the Hereford store. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She followed COVID guidelines and explained everything clearly giving us time to try out the beds directed to after taking part in the sleep programme. Lucy took the time to find out what we wanted, listened and answered our questions.

Efficient and friendly service

Sandy was personable and non-intrusive. She approached us shortly after entering the store and pointed us to a fancy bed chooser. Throughout looking for the right bed, I felt that Sandy knew the balance between allowing us to consider what we need and advising us on what could suit us. I felt confident with her knowledge to support us in buying what was right for us.

I was dreading the prospect of selecting a new mattress but the experience at Dreams Hereford was excellent. We were greeted promptly and assisted throughout the entire process by Chris 094A018743. She was very knowledgable about the products and after our assessment (very comfy bed) guided us to the recommended beds. We went through all three and then back through them. We never felt pressured into making a purchase and fully intended for the day just to be for research. Chris made us feel so at ease that we actually made a purchase. The mattress was a little more expensive than we had budgeted and a little disappointing to have to wait 8 weeks but as they are made to order and are fully recyclable it is acceptable. It was also a nice idea to provide us with a Tempur pillow to try the mattresses with, these are excellent and we went on to purchase them. So looking forward to getting the mattress and getting a good nights sleeep.

We were made to feel welcome by friendly staff member Chris who was extremely professional and knowledgeable she made us feel at ease nothing was to much trouble we never felt pressurised and was given time and space to make our minds up. everything was explained in detail it made what to us could be a difficult decision a pleasure.
