The assistant , Sean , listened while I outlined my requirements , gave me all of the relevant information and then I could make a suitable decision on my own . Very pleasant service and a cup of coffee as well .

Karen, the lady who assisted us with our purchase is an absolute credit to your Hereford store and dreams as a whole. She was extremely knowledgable of all products in store and to the shock of my partner and I had only worked there 3 weeks! We assumed she had worked there for years. She is a fantastic member of staff and brilliant at her job. She made us birth feel valued and understood our needs. Thank you Karen.
