When I told the assistant what I was looking to buy, she knew exactly the products I should look at and test, saving me lots of time searching the store. Her knowledge of the products was very good and she explained all aspects to me. I was also given space and time on my own to discuss the preferred product with my husband, without feeling any pressure to buy. All in all, a good service with lots of choice and knowledgeable staff.

Karen was fabulous and made the whole experience very informative and friendly. Thoroughly good experience and no hassle - discussed to the point and ensured we knew exactly what was what. Brilliant

Highly satisfied due to brilliant customer service from a lovely lady at the Hereford store named Chris. Listened to all our needs, helped us test out an option of suitable mattresses for ourselves and highly agreed on a choice. Great with the payment methods and paperwork side, very efficient and quick and even made us a wonderful cup of tea during our time in store. Walked out very satisfied happy customers.
