The staff were very conscientious and gave us help and support that met our needs from the moment we entered the store.

The assistant identified items to suit my requirements across a wide price range, pointed out the various advantages of each, and then left me with plenty of time to test and Think about the items before returning to ask if I needed further information.

We were met by Chris on entering the store and were asked if we would like any assistance in choosing a bed. On giving details of our requirements Chris asked a few questions about sleeping positions, what make bed we were changing (also purchased from Dreams) and what firmness of mattress we were looking for. After testing 4 beds my wife was very happy with the third, after which she tried pillows and found one which suited here. In all it was a very pleasant shopping experience, with no hard sell, and we had ordered the mattress we had liked when looking online before visting.

The lady assistant was new to the job. she did very well and if unsure she asked the store manager for advice.

Staff appeared interested in their work, and welcomed customers very pleasantly. Sandra listened to our ideas about possible mattresses, and guided us to relevant ones.

I got approached by friendly and very knowledgeable on what I was looking for, I returned to be greated by more friendly staff and offered a hot or cold drink while I waited,for both desk's were seeing to customers. Excellent customer service 😀
